Turn page around.

Turn page over.
Download and print Stereoins2.
Turn page around.
Download and print Stereoins3.
Fold page so that all page numbers are near the fold.
Staple the vertical centerline through the cover side.
Fold the vertical centerline.
Cut about 1/8th inch off the bottom to separate the pages.
